“us,” “our”) is the owner of the Fashion
Jungle mobile application (the “Application”). The
application provides users (“you,” “your”,
“User”, “Users”) with fashion services
such as personal shopping and fashion consulting, as well as an
interactive map to guide you on your way (the “Services”).

(b) Payment. When an individual submits their details to open a payment account or make a payment;

6.2. We understand that there are many circumstances in which we may collect information, and we work hard to ensure that you are always aware when your Personal Data is being collected.
7. THE SAFETY & SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1. Data Hosting. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access. Our data hosting services are provided by Amazon and we do not have control over the physical
facilities or electronic networks Amazon uses to store Personal
Data. Amazon states that the data we collect from our Services is owned by us and is secure. However, no network, server, database or Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. We encourage you to take special care in choosing what information you send to us electronically. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data.
7.2. Internet Security. The security of communications sent electronically cannot be guaranteed, and when you provide information to us via the internet, you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for misuse, loss of, or unauthorized access to Personal Data where the security of information is not within our control.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party; this includes third parties to whom we are permitted to disclose your Personal Data in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws. 8.1. Time Period. We may retain your Personal Data as long as you continue to use our Services. You may close your account by contacting us, but we may retain Personal Data for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws.
